+ French language files added - TweakVI's user interface is now available completely in French

- Fixing a bug in the FireTune plugin that caused the plugin not to detect Firefox properly on 64bit systems

- Fixing a bug in the 'Miscellaneous tweaks' plugin where one tweak was activated correctly, but the tweak's state was not reflected

- Fixing a bug in the 'Shortcut Overlay Icon' plugin, where the path to a custom icon file was not retreived from the icon selection dialog

- Fixing a bug where admin rights were not properly detected during setup under certain circumstances

- Several fixes in relation to missing translations

* Updated setup engine

* Several changes to the setup of both the free edition and the subscriber editions
